It is jailbroken and unlocked for any gsm carrier in the World, including T-Mobile and AT&T. The firmware version is 4.0.1 and the baseband is 01.59.00 (do not update or restore the iPhone or else it will lose the unlock). Cosmetically the phone is great condition. The screen is nice and does not have any scratches to speak of. The back of the phone is in perfect condition with no scratches or wear. The sides of the phone have some small nicks and scratches, primarily on the top left corner of the phone (refer to last picture). The above posted photos are of the actual phone being sold.
